Director Anthony Shatteman marks his feature debut with Young Hearts that celebrates the joy of falling in love for the first time. Lou Goossens won Best Male Performance In A Feature Film Award at Iris Prize LGBTQ+ Festival, where it also won Best Feature Award. He was nominated for Most Promising Actor at Belgium’s Magritte Awards.
For the first time, fans of the film were encouraged through a social media callout to submit their own original artwork. The final selection was made by Anthony Schatteman and Peccadillo’s Tom Abell and appears in the special fan art gallery on the DVD and blu-ray. A special thanks to all the artists who submitted their work.
