Looking for Artist (no AI)

I wanted to make a post because we are looking for an artist to work on our website, a book, and some TTRPG projects. We hope not only to find someone to create a couple of images, but also to establish a relationship with a person or persons who can provide a consistent look for related projects. You must also be willing to work with and illustrate members of the LGBTQ+ community.
All of these projects will be used in publishing, so please include information about your rates with that in mind. I will provide some general guidelines and offer more details after reviewing samples of work. If I like the artist, I can work with their talents and preferences to achieve the best collaboration. My favorite artists are Gil Kane, Michael Turner, Marc Silvestri, Olivia, Patrick Nagel, and Michael Parks.

The first one is that I have a new book coming down the pipe that I need artwork for. It is the second book in my Urban Fantasy series, and I need some artwork for promoting the book, as well as the possibility of using it as cover art. The main character is Sah Williams, who is a thirty-something author with an athletic build (she does parkour for fun). She is half American and half Nepali. The best image would be her with a snow leopard as the backdrop, or maybe her looking over her shoulder with a snow leopard on a leather jacket. Or maybe the image of her in her were form of half woman / half snow leopard.

The second thing we need in the near future is a front cover image for a TTRPG we are developing, called Jernwerks, about mecha vs. kaiju combat on a distant, snow-covered planet. This science fiction setting is loosely based on Norse mythology, and the image would need to convey an epic story and conflict. The game is played with Gunpla, so Gundam would also be a strong influence.

This is the previous image we commissioned but looking for something more dynamic and Anime inspired.
